Unnur is the founder of SVEPPA with 10+ years experience in fungal biology and the 7-step cultivation methodology. She leads overall project execution, steers technical decisions, and validates hardware–software integration.

VALA DAVÍÐSDÓTTIR
Vala has a B.S. Plant and Microbial Biology & M.A. in Design & New Environments: Food Systems (LHÍ). She is responsible for the overall system vision, translating cultivation workflows into digital architectures and the UI/UX for operator-facing interfaces.

KATE SCOTT STEWART
Kate has MA degrees in Creative Brand Management, Culture and Media (HÍ), and Design & New Environments (LHÍ) with 10+ years of experience in brand management and marketing. She co-leads project management and manages branding and communications.
